Engineering and standards
Designed, built and tested
Onshore and offshore reels fabricated to ASME and AWS.
Designs with CAD, 3D and finite element analysis, plus load, lifting and rolling tests with equipment calibrated to INMETRO requirements.
The drum shell is assembled and welded by our in-house boilermaking and welding team, with quality control and inspection at every stage. It is the source of the reel's structural strength, especially for reels that operate offshore.
